I Can't Handle Criticism It seems that the diary-nazi review is getting me a lot of hits, so I guess that is a positive. Also, I didn't realize that I daylog so much, but it's true, I do. After some thought, though, I don't mind, because the things that I daylog are for the most part things that had an impact on me in some way. So okay. As far as the comment about how lame it was that I said "little old person like me," well, I'm well aware that I say stupid shit. I can't believe some of the things that come out of my mouth sometimes. I also can't believe some of my fashion choices sometimes. Acorn posted a picture of me from this road trip to California that we took. (Incidentally, it was the best vacation I've ever had.) I look like the ultimate dork. It's so bad. Those glasses? Please! They were just awful. I'm glad I had a few friends, but now I see why I didn't have hot guys all over me, just freaks. I was a late bloomer. I'm so much awesomer now! How's that for lame? I'm listening to Tom Petty "I Won't Back Down." I like this band. I'll post Halloween pictures again this year. Last year I was Trinity, and this year I am going to be a vampire. Perhaps not very original, but who cares. I have a long red velvet dress that is just beautiful. I bought stockings that are fishnet, but in a spider web design. I have a ring with a huge red "gem" on it. I bought white face paint as well, but I may wash it all off if it doesn't look good. I also bought hair dye, but this stuff washes out with shampoo. Because, you know, my hair is still half black from dying it last year! The only thing I'm missing is a black velvet cloak. Then it will be perfect. Oh yeah, I need some fangs too. The fangs are kind of expensive, so I don't know what I'm going to do about that. My husband and I got into an argument last night. That doesn't happen very often. Acorn made a tape for me that had the Traveling Wilburys on it, specifically the song "Last Night" which I definitely need to get again. I like that song. So, with that ever so exciting return to diaryland, I'm off to iTunes. |
