You Want Strong Muscles? Find Out How, Here, Today! Yesterday, as I was walking up Westwood Blvd, I saw an old couple walking slowly along in front of me. I was interested in them, because I've been thinking about aging a lot since I've been to another memorial, and because there aren't too many elderly people right near UCLA. As I approached them, I could hear that they were singing! That made me so happy. I love it when people aren't embarrassed to sing, when they know songs and let them out. It provided me with a nice lift. My butt muscles are finally better. They were sore for three days from the last time my husband and I were together. That was a very intense, long session, and I still haven't caught up on my sleep from that. We fell asleep that night after three. I've read in stupid girly mags about how sex isn't very good exercise. They know this because heart rate monitors show that really not very many calories are burned. However, those studies don't look at the muscle building aspects of a good romp. Maybe I've found the next new exercise craze! You could have pamplets outlining the different positions for different muscle groups, and how long each position must be maintained. I could see it happening in the way that society has of making everything so clinical. But I'll stick to my way! |
